DD-1494: Build, Edit & Validate
Build and edit DD-1494 packages, then validate them against the same checks the government's compliance tool runs, every finding cited to its rule (NTIA Manual, MCEB Pub 7/8, DoDI 4650.01). It tells you the exact value that clears each error, and whether to fix it in the file, type it, or select it. Works natively with SSRF (the government toolchain's XML exchange format), reading standard SSRF exports directly. Transparent by design. No proprietary black box: every check cites its rule, and the validator is grounded in OpenSSRF, the DISA-certified open-source reference implementation of the SSRF standard (MCEB Pub 8), so any finding can be verified against the public standard itself. The first submission is the right one.

Regulatory AI Terminal: Source-Cited Spectrum Guidance
Ask spectrum coordination, licensing, compliance, and supportability questions in plain language, or attach a screenshot or PDF and ask about it. SMART CAT retrieves from approved primary sources (NTIA Manual, 47 CFR, ITU Radio Regulations, DoDI 4650.01) and identifies the controlling source and section for every substantive answer. When required facts are missing or the applicable authority cannot be verified, SMART CAT asks follow-up questions or flags for qualified review instead of guessing. Answers can read themselves aloud; voice input and validated rule-based calculation tools, showing inputs, result, and governing citation, are on the roadmap. Purpose-built for spectrum professionals.

Submission Scoring: No More Bounced Packages
Know your DD-1494 package's completeness before you submit, stage-aware scoring against NTIA requirements, every gap cited, and a fix-or-justify path for each finding: handle it in-tool, or waiver it, never a silent fail.
Validator-first. Every workbench opens on import + check, not a blank form. Bring the file you already have; the granular builder sits one tab behind it.
Findings you can act on. Each finding carries its severity, its citation, and its fix path: auto-fix, type the value, or select from the reference table.
Workbenches are plug-ins. DD-1494 and SFAF lead; FCC and ITU filing are on the roadmap and slot into this same shell: one platform to learn, not four tools.
